Making a Difference
Join a Mission Trip
Twice yearly, Adopt One Village sends teams to Ghana’s Kwahu East district to serve in the rural villages that we support, near Abetifi. We are most in need of volunteers with skills in areas related to our three areas focus – healthcare, education and infrastructure – but we welcome an application from anyone with a heart to serve.
Trips typically take place in January and July.

The AOV Warehouse
If you have gently used items that you would like to donate, you can drop them off at the AOV warehouse open every Sunday from 2pm – 6pm at the following address:
In addition to donations, the AOV warehouse is always in need of volunteers to help sort and pack items.
Volunteer
Join our team of volunteers at home or in Ghana. Right here in the U.S. we need volunteers to:
- Collect and sort donations at our warehouse located at 481 Eagle Rock Ave West Orange
- Help us with fundraising events and mailings.
- Help with creative issues such as providing new fundraising avenues in your local area, managing online auctions for items that benefit Adopt One Village and more…
